Upon receipt of your order, your order will usually be processed and shipped on the same day. Domestic deliveries are made with parcel service.
Online orders are delivered exclusively within Europe. For deliveries to other countries, please contact our customer service directly at +49 (0) 2421-96 78 0.
All prices are gross prices including the currently valid statutory value added tax.
The packaging and transport lump sum for deliveries below 40.00 € Gross value of goods is 4.95€ within Germany. The flat rate for Austria is 6.99 €!
When ordering an IONO₂-ACTIVE Mask device, delivery is free of charge.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we determine the appropriate shipping method and the carrier at our discretion.
If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss, accidental damage or accidental loss of the delivered goods passes to the customer at the time when the goods are delivered to the customer or the customer is in default of acceptance. In all other cases, the risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the transport company.
We will insure the goods against the usual transport risks at our expense.
If the delivered goods are affected by a material defect, the customer may first demand from us the rectification of the defect or delivery of defect-free goods; If the customer is an entrepreneur, we can choose between rectification of defects or delivery of a defect-free item. The goods can only be made by displaying them in text form (also by fax or e-mail) to the customer within 3 working days after correction of the defect. We may refuse the type of supplementary performance chosen by the buyer if this is only possible at disproportionate costs.
If the subsequent performance fails or is unreasonable for the customer or we refuse subsequent performance, the customer is entitled in each case to withdraw from the purchase contract, to reduce the purchase price or to demand compensation or compensation for his futile expenses in accordance with the applicable law.
The warranty period is 2 years from delivery, if the customer is a consumer, otherwise 12 months from delivery.
Our liability for negligence (except gross negligence) is limited to an amount of 10% of the respective purchase price (including VAT) in the event of a delay in delivery.
We are not liable (regardless of the legal reason) for damages that are typically not to be expected according to the nature of the respective order and the goods and with normal use of the goods. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence.
The limitations of this paragraph do not apply to our liability for guaranteed characteristics within the meaning of Section 444 of the German Civil Code (BGB), due to injury to life, body or health or under the Product Liability Act.
We reserve ownership of the goods delivered by us until full payment of the purchase price (including VAT and shipping costs) for the goods in question.
The customer is not entitled to resell the goods delivered by us, subject to retention of title, without our prior written consent. In the event of a possible resale, the customer assigns to us the claims from the resale up to the amount of the purchase price to be paid to us, plus a surcharge of 20%. We hereby authorize the customer to collect the claims thus assigned in the ordinary business, whereby we can revoke this authorization at any time in the event of a delay in payment on the part of the customer.
